Moldova: Moldova Launces New E-Procurement System In Search For Positive Change

17 Sept, 2017: Moldova has launched the new e-procurement system (MTender), in order to improve transparency and increase the opportunities for private companies to acquire public contracts. “This platform will bring benefits both to the state — better prices for quality products, and to entrepreneurs — creating a competitive environment,” says finance minister, Octavian Armasu, when launching MTender.
